What vitamins work best for hair health/growth?

My hair is a little past my collar bone but I would like it to be past my rib cage, hopefully within the next two years before my wedding. What sort of foods or vitamins would help speed up the growth process?

I try biotin but all my face broke out really bad and it took me one year to clear my skin.
i only use one a day woman and i feel it is great and has all kinda vitamin you need for hair growth and all over your body.
